Our client is a trusted provider of exterior home improvement services, known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer care. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills and a flexible schedule to support client needs.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification:
Manage inbound leads, qualify them effectively, and schedule qualified appointments.
Conduct outbound outreach to generate and nurture leads.
Follow up on appointments and send timely reminders.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent lead nurturing.
Use CRM systems and dialers to track and manage lead information.
Utilize scheduling software to coordinate appointments efficiently.
Customer Interaction & Flexibility:
Handle client communications professionally with a personable and clear approach.
Be open to after-hours client support as needed to maximize sales opportunities.
Additional Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Lead Engagement:
Respond to inbound leads from online forms, call-ins, and marketing campaigns; qualify and schedule appointments.
Conduct outbound calls to semi-warm leads (homeowners showing interest via website or lead sources) and semi-cold leads (generated by field marketing reps).
Appointment Confirmations & Support:
Validate, qualify, check availability, and confirm appointments for leads generated by field marketing reps.
Reconfirm all booked appointments the day prior to ensure homeowner availability and set clear expectations.
CRM & Process Management:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records.
Support implementation and refinement of lead management and follow-up processes.
Lead Reactivation & Cold Outreach:
Re-engage past customers via personalized outreach campaigns.
Call cold lead lists sourced from strategic data vendors to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service (home improvement industry a plus).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong phone presence with ability to build rapport quickly.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple lead types and workflows.
Comfortable using CRM systems and following structured processes.
Motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented.
