Our client is a dynamic advertising platform specializing in connecting businesses with targeted digital advertising solutions. Leveraging data-driven strategies across LinkedIn and Meta, they generate warm leads and engage customers effectively. They seek a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle inbound sales calls from warm leads, conduct outbound outreach on older CRM leads, qualify prospects, and set qualified appointments. This role supports pipeline growth and business expansion in the adventure travel and outdoor experiences sector.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification & Sales Calls:
Engage warm leads generated from Meta ads, LinkedIn messenger campaigns, and other channels.
Conduct consultative sales conversations to qualify leads effectively.
Schedule and set qualified appointments, managing Zoom meetings booked directly by leads.
Follow a typical two-call close sales cycle, maintaining professionalism and confidence on Zoom.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate, timely lead and opportunity data.
Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel.
Manage a healthy pipeline to meet or exceed appointment-setting and sales targets.
Lead Outreach & Engagement:
Proactively contact older CRM leads to revive interest and generate new opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversions.
Engage adventure travel business owners (e.g., safari operators, guided tours, kayak rentals) with industry knowledge and passion.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in sales development or lead qualification, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or adventure/outdoor sectors.
Fluent English communication skills, verbal and written, with professionalism on Zoom presentations.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and tasks simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level experience a plus, training provided).
Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections professionally, and adapt to consultative sales.
Motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for outdoor adventure or travel industry highly advantageous.

Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly appointment and sales goals.
Maintaining an organized, up-to-date sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and accurate CRM data.

Demonstrating confidence and professionalism in Zoom meetings to foster strong client relationships.
