They are seeking a proactive and skilledSales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound leads and execute outbound outreach, helping to grow their presence in the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong CRM proficiency, and the ability to nurture leads and set qualified appointments.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Conduct outbound outreach via dialing and emails using provided inbound lead lists to expand and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Email Outreach: Develop compelling and personalized email sequences tailored to target prospects.
Pipeline Maintenance: Consistently follow up with leads to maintain an active and organized sales pipeline.
Sales Development Projects: Support task-oriented projects focused on enhancing sales development efforts.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments with prospects for virtual meetings or in-person events like trade shows.
CRM Utilization: Expertly manage leads and data using Salesforce CRM, adapting quickly to other CRM platforms as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or similar role; prior experience in the food service industry or CPG sales is highly advantageous.
Highly proficient in Salesforce CRM for lead management and pipeline organization; adaptable to other CRM systems.
Fluent English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, task-driven, and proactive in managing sales processes.
