Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company dedicated to providing personalized debt relief solutions to individuals facing financial challenges. They are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, guide clients through debt relief options, and deliver an ethical, consultative sales experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to close high-quality leads on one call, with full support from a dynamic team.

Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Management: Handle high-quality inbound debt relief leads with timely, attentive responses—no cold calling required.

  • Consultative Sales: Guide clients through various debt relief options, offering transparent, ethical advice tailored to their financial situations.

  • One-Call Closures: Use a strong, confident sales approach to close deals efficiently on the first call.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline and lead information using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM for accurate tracking and forecasting.

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with clients, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout the process.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a fast-paced fintech sales team, receiving coaching and contributing to shared growth goals.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or related industries.

  • Native-level English fluency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professionalism and coachability with the ability to adapt, follow through, and continuously improve.

  • Customer-centric mindset with genuine care for client financial well-being.

  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, specifically GoHighLevel (GHL), for pipeline and lead management.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a flexible, autonomous environment.

  • Successfully closing inbound debt relief leads during the first conversation, maximizing conversion rates.

  • Maintaining an organized, accurate sales pipeline with smooth lead tracking and follow-ups.
