As aSales & Retention Manager, you will overseeAccount Managers (AMs) andClient Success (CS) associates, driving aggressive revenue growth, eliminating inefficiencies, and leading the charge to maximizeLTV andACV. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, pushes the limits, and operates at the intersection of strategic foresight and ruthless execution.

Your Mission:
Lead a high-performing team focused ondriving revenue,maximizing client value, and achievinghyper-growth. You will shape the strategy forclient retention, optimize theMOF cycle, and generate unmatchedupsell andcross-sell opportunities that will directly fuel the company’s bottom line. This is not a role for the faint of heart. We expectresults,fast execution, andrelentless pursuit of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Domination: Own the strategy toexpand revenue across existing accounts,maximize ACV, and aggressively pursuecross-sell andupsell opportunities. Your goal: dominate theclient space and driveLTV to new heights. You’ll be accountable forresults—and they will be significant.

  • High-Performance Leadership: Lead a team of10 AMs and CS associates. If you’re not constantly raising the bar, you’re failing. This role demandsimpeccable leadership—your team will executeyour vision, or they won’t survive. There is no room for complacency here.

  • Escalation Mastery: Handle escalations with precision and authority.You will manage critical, high-value client relationships and resolve issues that others can’t. There’s no room for weakness. You will keep the wheels turning and ensure there’sno drop-off in service during critical moments.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner withRecruiting, HR, Operations, and other business units to ensure smooth execution at scale. You willshape the direction of multiple functions—sales, operations, and client success will bend to your will. You’ll drive alignment across teams to ensurelaser focus on results.

  • Strategic Optimization: Revolutionize thesales process—you will streamline theMOF cycle, increasedeal velocity, andoptimize margin at every stage. There’s no tolerance for inefficiencies. Every decision should be calculated, executed with precision, and relentlessly focused on scaling faster and smarter.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Your decisions will be backed by cold, hard data. You’ll leverageHubSpot and other tools to analyze and adjust strategies. If you can’t produce data-backed, high-ROI strategies, you’re not cutting it here.

  • Results Reporting: You will report directly to leadership, regularly assessing performance againstKPI targets andrevenue goals. Your success will be measured in cold, hard numbers—you’re either exceeding expectations, or you’re not. No excuses.

  • Hiring and Firing: You will have full responsibility for building and shaping your team. This includes makinghigh-stakes hiring decisions to bring in top-tier talent andfiring underperformers who fail to meet the high standards you’ve set.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Performance:

    • You’vedelivered results inSaaS,fintech,IT Services, orB2B marketing agencies, scaling client portfolios anddriving revenue growth across SMBs.

    • Your track record includeshighly successful upsells, cross-sells, and renewals thattransform businesses. You know how to driveACV andLTV through the roof.

    • Your leadership hastransformed teams—you’ve led diverse groups ofjunior to senior professionals,pushed them to excel, and delivered results when the stakes are high.

  • Strategic Expertise:

    • Master ofB2B sales cycles,client success, and theMOF strategy. You’ve mastered how toscale efficiently and you know how to leverage each stage of the funnel for maximum output.

    • You’redata-obsessed, with a strong grasp of sales metrics likeACV,LTV, andnet retention rates. If you can’t measure it, you won’t be able tooptimize it.

    • Strong experience withHubSpot or similar tools. You make data-driven decisions and understand how to extract actionable insights from metrics.

  • Unrelenting Leadership:

    • Commanding presence: You willnot tolerate mediocrity. You demandresults, and you’ll instill this mindset in your team.

    • Proven ability to managehigh-performance teams and hold them accountable to the highest standards.

    • Exceptional ability to influence at all levels, particularly withC-suite executives, to deliver onhigh-impact goals. You’ll own your role, and your team will follow your lead.
